Hello wonderful readers, as some of you may know, we offer FREE stuff in the Fitness Room! How do you get in on that? Well, it's simple really. All you have to do is download either the Foursquare or Gowalla application on your smartphone, look up "Fitness Room", and once you've found it, click the "check-in" button and that's it! We will see you've checked in and automatically give you an entry into the contest. The more times you check-in in a week, the more entries you get! And the best part is, is that we hold a contest EVERY week that will always end and start right up again for a new prize 5pm every Friday so you will always have a chance to win something. The BEST New Way to Exercise!
Are you tired of the same old boring exercise routine? Do you want to experience something more exciting? Come check out the awesome new Expresso bikes we have down in the fitness room! Get on one of these and you will completely forget you are exercising. Get sucked into a world of virtual reality! There are ton of games to play and on those cold, wet, wintery days, come on in and take your bike for a stroll down the "scenic route"of your choice. For those of you that are more competitive, you can bike some time trials and even compete against your friends. Exercising has never been this fun! Stay tuned for more information regarding this amazing piece of exercise equipment and in the mean time, we better see you down here. There are dragons to be slain and records to be beaten! (You'll see what we are talking about. We're not insane, really.)

Floor Hockey Championships 2010!
It was an intense time as the 6 final teams battled it out for the title of 2010 Floor Hockey Champions! Only 3 would be able to claim the title as their own. Watch as the epic competition took place. And tune in again for more Intramural Footage of the upcoming sports for the Spring Semester 2011!

Welcome Back! Spring 2011 Kickoff!
Welcome back to Rec Programs for the Spring 2011 Semester! There will be a bunch of new things coming your way so be ready!
The first would be the announcment that all the Express bikes in the Fitness Room now have INTERNET!! WOW! Now you can race your friends on any of the several pre-set trails, you can play the dragon escaping, coin catching game, OR use the internet to view videos or do some homework research! Anything is possible!
Also, most of you know that with Spring come the Active Lifestyle Challenge! It's not for a little while, but be prepared. It's coming up quick!
Towels and water bottles are for sale for $5.00 each so grab one of each while you can! It's always a great idea to go green whenever you can!
And lastly, check out the new Group X Schedule. There are lots of new classes including Line Dancing, Revolution X, and Capoeira. But don't worry! All your favorites are still there including Yoga and of course, ZUMBA! Check them out!
