Last Friday, October 23rd ended the Softball intramural season and gave us three fantastic winners. First off was team Ramrod winning the co-ed championships with a fabulous 17-2 against Arm & Hammer Propaganda. Both teams played very well and it was a marvelous ending to the fall season.
Next team playing the 5-6pm game was the intermediate softball teams. PS HOOT beat Hoffman’s Heroes 17-16. It was a close and exciting match, but each team played hard and had lots of fun!
Last was the advanced teams playing the last championship game of the night! McLovin’ beat High Gravity 17-16. Close once again, but both teams played like pro’s.
All of these games were not only fun and exciting for the teams playing, but also for their devoted fans cheering them on. To everyone who played the championships well done! To the rest of the teams we hope to see you next year! I think this year’s softball program was fantastic! My boyfriend played on a team for the first time this year and I really enjoyed going and even playing in a few of their games! It’s just a great way to get some friendly competition going. I was impressed with how smooth everything went….and HOW MANY PEOPLE PLAY! It’s great. NICE JOB!
Looks like alot of fun. I wish I could have played. I will find a team for next year I hope and I couldnt believe the turnout. Great job to the im employees for doing a great job as well!!
